ABOUT SOMA LOTUS
Organizational Wellness Consulting Where Human Well-Being and Organizational Health Meet

Soma Lotus brings together behavioral health expertise, leadership experience, strengths-based development, and organizational wellness consulting to support healthier people, stronger leaders, safer teams, and more sustainable organizations.
Our work is grounded in the belief that the challenges people experience cannot always be separated from the environments, relationships, leadership practices, and systems surrounding them.

MEET THE FOUNDER
Anycia Grady, MSSA, LISW-S
Founder | Behavioral Health Leader | Organizational Wellness Strategist
Anycia Grady founded Soma Lotus from nearly two decades of experience working across behavioral health, clinical practice, program development, leadership, organizational systems, and executive leadership.
Her experience has allowed her to see workplace challenges from multiple perspectives: the individual navigating the system, the clinician supporting the individual, the leader responsible for people and performance, and the executive examining the larger organizational environment.
That perspective shaped Soma Lotus into work that looks beyond the visible challenge to better understand the relationships, leadership practices, workplace conditions, strengths, and systems surrounding it.
Today, Anycia brings together behavioral health expertise, organizational and executive leadership experience, strengths-based development, coaching, and systems thinking to support people and organizations in creating healthier and more sustainable ways of working.

“What is happening with the person matters. So does what is happening around them.”
OUR PURPOSE
Our Approach to Organizational Wellness Consulting
Mission
Vision
To strengthen people, leaders, and organizations by creating healthier systems where psychological safety, well-being, collaboration, and sustainable performance can thrive.
We envision workplaces where people feel psychologically safe enough to contribute, leaders are equipped to understand the human impact of their decisions, teams work across differences and disciplines effectively, and organizational systems support both well-being and sustainable performance.
OUR VALUES
What Guides Our Work
Our values shape how Soma Lotus understands people, approaches organizational challenges, and develops solutions.
HUMAN-CENTERED
People are not simply resources within an organization. We consider the human experience behind organizational challenges and design solutions that support both people and performance.
PSYCHOLOGICAL SAFETY
Healthy organizations create conditions where people can communicate, contribute, question, learn, and address challenges without unnecessary fear. We help organizations examine the conditions that strengthen or undermine that safety.
STRENGTHS-BASED
We look beyond deficits. Individuals, leaders, and teams already possess strengths that can become powerful organizational assets when they are understood and intentionally developed.
COLLABORATIVE
Sustainable change is rarely created by one person, profession, or department. We value interprofessional collaboration, shared responsibility, diverse perspectives, and solutions developed with the people who will ultimately carry them forward.
SUSTAINABLE IMPACT
We are not interested in wellness that temporarily makes people feel better while leaving unhealthy systems unchanged. Our work focuses on practical changes that organizations can sustain and that support long-term well-being, leadership effectiveness, retention, and performance.
OUR PHILOSOPHY
From Individual Well-Being to Organizational Sustainability
Healthy People → Stronger Leaders → Safer Teams → Healthier Systems → Sustainable Organizations

“People should not have to become endlessly resilient to survive systems that have the capacity to become healthier.”
This philosophy reflects how Soma Lotus approaches well-being and organizational change. Supporting individuals matters, but sustainable well-being also requires attention to leadership, relationships, team dynamics, workplace conditions, and the systems surrounding people.
PEOPLE → LEADERS → TEAMS → SYSTEMS → ORGANIZATIONS
