BEFORE SCHEDULING
The psychological evaluation is an independent clinical assessment. While it provides critical documentation for many immigration cases, scheduling an evaluation does not guarantee a specific result or legal outcome.
Soma Lotus provides clinical evaluations, not legal representation. We strongly recommend working with a qualified immigration attorney who can advise you on the legal strategy of your specific case.
Information shared during the evaluation is not protected by the same level of confidentiality as traditional therapy. The findings will be documented in a report intended for submission to legal authorities.
If significant clinical concerns or risks are identified during our process, I will provide appropriate resources and referrals for ongoing support beyond the scope of this evaluation.
