Soma CIRCLE is launching its inaugural pilot as a small, facilitated support and community-building space created specifically for directors.
This first CIRCLE will bring together a thoughtfully selected group of directors to connect with peers who understand the unique complexities of leading from the middle, reflect openly on their experiences, build meaningful professional community, and help shape the future of Soma CIRCLE.
